Frequently asked questions
Are the cups BPA-free and plastic-free?
Yes. Our cups are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (18/8). Stainless steel needs no BPA and no plasticisers because it contains no plastic at all. The steel is taste-neutral and uncoated.
Are the cups dishwasher-safe?
Yes, our cups and the lunchbox are dishwasher-safe. For the water bottles we recommend washing by hand.
Which size suits us: 280 ml or 450 ml?
The 280 ml cups are designed for small children's hands, with a gently rounded drinking rim. The 450 ml cups suit bigger kids and adults, indoors and outdoors.
How do children recognise their own cup?
Every set contains four different animal designs, for example whale, turtle, penguin and seal. That way each child has their own cup and mix-ups are ruled out.
Can I return the cups?
Yes. You have 90 days to return them, no questions asked. Please notify us of the return in advance (hello@kindkit.eu).
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We give a 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
Are there shipping costs?
Within Germany we ship free of charge, with no minimum order value, in 1–2 working days. For deliveries to EU countries, shipping costs €3.50 and delivery takes 5–10 working days.
